A sauce is a sauce, of course of course, and no one can talk to a sauce, of course. Or so they say…

But what if a sauce could talk?! Would we be so cavalier about eating it? We might, if it talked all the time about nothing very interesting.

At Quán Ụt Ụt, we are introducing our line of gourmet, home made, loved-to-the-last drop, American sauces. Whether generously smothered on a rack of finger-licking ribs or kicking you in the face with the fire of a thousand Chuck Norris roundhouses, our sauces are as versatile as they are delicious. So let me break it down.

STICKY FINGERS BBQ SAUCE: Our signature sauce is the quintessential American mid-west BBQ. Tomato based, sticky, tangy, sweet, and with a hint of chili. It turns a rack of ribs from something wonderful and magical into something wonderful and magical and orgasmic. It pairs equally as well with pork, chicken and beef, but go ahead and dip your French fries in it too.

CAROLINA GOLD: Born in South Carolina, this golden sauce is mustard based, buttery, and packed full of flavour. The spice blend is perfectly balanced to deliver a sharp tweak to any dishes but is the go-to sauce for smoked chicken, chopped pork and lots of fried beer snacks. The Stephen Colbert of sauces.

SMOKIN’ HONEY BUNNY: The tropical Central Highlands of Vietnam hosts a colony of innocent virgin bees daintily living in a coffee plantation. Disguised as bees, we snuck into their hive and smuggled out some of the secret stash. A pinch of spice and a secret ingredient or two, and we have a honey glaze. Chicken has never been happier.

SPICY FIRECRACKER: As the name suggests, this will burn the hair off your chest if you stand too close. Gorgeously orange, don’t let the looks deceive you, it packs some punch. Sweetened with carrots and baptised by fire, if you live on the edge, put this sauce on everything.

Whatever your taste or whatever your order, you will one of our sauces will take your dish to the next level. We leave our sauces on the tables to speak for themselves. Why not come down and get into a deep conversation.
